Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of package delivery. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging with the packing slip.

Refunds
Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, send me an email at madeljewelry@gmail.com. I will then send direction on how to complete your return and where to ship it.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
